Mg/dL to mmol/L option

Im a first time user of a meter for my smart phone and so far Im liking not having to write down all my blood sugar checks and how small and handy it is. Although being someone who has gone 13 years measuring in mmol/L I was kinda disappointed when I couldnt change the setting in the app to measure in mmol/L instead of mg/dL. If that could be changeable that would make this app much better for many young Canadians such as myself who learned to check in mmol/L. Thanks!
