Stopped working with iPhone 7 plus

Was a great app until I got an iPhone 7 plus. Yes I can plug it into the cord that converts it to a regular headset but it doesnt work. Please fix this. Such an easy glucose Meter and more to carry around so small. Does anyone know if it is covered by insurances
